After driving the absolutely insane, tire-melting Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, we’re happy to hear about a report from Road and Track that says the automaker is working on a Hellcat version of its Charger sedan.
Road and Track says it spotted this interesting revelation in the engine’s certification filing — horsepower figures have to be independently verified by a third party, and the Charger was listed in the document for certification, meaning the supercharged 707-horsepower Hemi V8 may eventually make its way into the sedan.
If the Charger was given the SRT Hellcat treatment, it could be one of the most powerful sedans on the market. Head over to Road & Track for the full scoop.
