A new survey ranks Vancouver as the busiest city in Canada when it comes to traffic.
The results, published in TomTom’s fifth annual Traffic Index, looks at 218 cities across the globe and ranks them based on how congested their roads can be during peak travel times throughout the day.
Being the most congested Canadian city might not be much to brag about, but Vancouver was given a 35 per cent overall congestion level – meaning on average, travel times are 35 per cent longer than compared to when roads are moving freely.
