Nissan is promising an “almost all-new” Sentra compact sedan for next year.
That’s the latest word from Automotive News, which spoke to Fred Diaz, Nissan’s senior vice president for sales and marketing in the U.S. He says we can expect the 2016 Sentra to be “incredibly freshened.”
Specific details are still under wraps, but Nissan is aiming for more significant changes with its mid-cycle refreshes. Expect the usual styling changes inside and out, such as Nissan’s V-motion design language seen on the Murano and Maxima, along with a host of new technology in a bid to remain competitive in the fierce compact segment.
We’ll bring you more on the refreshed Sentra when Nissan launches the car this fall.
