According to Autocar, the director of design at Bentley, Luc Donckerwolke, has left the storied British marque to join Hyundai. Stefan Sielaff will be the new Bentley director of design.
Originally appointed to Bentley in 2012, Donckerwolke’s previous work includes impressive supercars like the Lamborghini Gallardo and Murcielago. Donckerwolke will be replacing Peter Schreyer at Hyundai whose previous designs include the original Audi TT, Kia K9, and Hyundai Tuscon.
Hyundai and Kia have yet to confirm the transition but Automotive News Europe reports that Donckerwolke will move to Korea where he will replace Schreyer in two years time.
