It appears that Dodge has decided to keep the Dodge Grand Caravan around at least until 2017.
According to a report from Automotive News, the current generation Grand Caravan will be built alongside a redesigned version of the Chrysler Town & Country starting in February 2016. The 2016 Grand Caravan will start production this August.
The current generation has been in production since 2008 and was set to end production in 2016. While the design is far from modern, the Grand Caravan leads Canadian minivan sales and remains very popular among fleet customers.
