If you’ve ever stepped out of a Lotus Evora or Exige and wished that there was a car that was even lighter and less practical, then the new 3-Eleven might be the car for you!
According to Autoblog, Lotus recently unveiled this roofless track missile at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The 3-Eleven is motivated by a 3.5L supercharged V6 producing 450 horsepower, managing an impressive lap time of one minute and 22 seconds around Lotus’ Hethel test track. That’s ten seconds faster than the already-fast Evora S.
North American pricing hasn’t been announced yet but UK pricing will start at the equivalent of $159,000 Canadian. Hilariously, if the the 3-Eleven seems too soft for you, there is a ‘race’ version available for between $187,000 and $224,000 depending on options. No matter how you spec it, the 3-Eleven is one serious track-day weapon.
