Stuntman Terry Grant broke his own world record for the fastest mile traveled on two wheels during festivities at the Goodwood Festival of Speed June 26— and done it Nissan Juke.
Not just any Juke, mind you, but a NISMO RS with a manual transmission and 1.6-liter turbocharged engine with 218 horsepower. Grant, who had six chances at the record, did it on the first try up the famous Goodwood hillclimb course, achieving a time of 2:10. That eclipses his previous record, set in another Nissan Juke at the 2011 Festival of Speed, of 2:55 and sets a new benchmark for the challenge.

Come on. Doesn’t this look fun?
Handout, Nissan
The car’s two-wheeled antics was one of many highlights from the Goodwood Festival of Speed, which also featured the global debut of the Juke R 2.0 concept – the ultimate performance version of the Juke.
“To break it by so much on my first attempt was a great way to kick off the weekend and I’m looking forward to seeing if I can go faster,” said Grant.
