Audi will be marking the 20th anniversary of its Porsche-engineered RS2 Avant with a special edition of the RS4.
Known as the Nogaro, a throwback to the colour of the original RS2 Avant, the special-edition RS4 will be exclusive to Europe and will debut at this year’s Geneva Motor Show. In addition to the striking blue paintwork, the RS4 will sport a number of cosmetic touches, including window trim, a front grille and roof rails finished in gloss black. Like the original RS2, brake calipers will be finished in red. Carbon-ceramic brakes are optional.
The RS4 Avant Nogaro will be powered by a normally-aspirated 4.2-litre V8 engine, rated at 450 horsepower and 317 lb.-ft. torque fed to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. All told, the RS4 does the requisite zero-to-100 km/h sprint in 4.7 seconds.

The throwbacks to the RS2 Avant continue with blue Alcantara inserts on the seats and door panels.
Handout, Audi
The throwbacks to the RS2 continue inside, with black leather-trimmed seats with blue Alcantara inserts on the seats and door panels and matching stiching. For those wanting a more discreet interior colour, Audi is offering an all-black option as well.
When Audi releases the RS4 Avant Nogaro, it will be exclusive to Europe. The Geneva Motor Show opens its doors on March 4.
