A rendering of the Mazda Hazumi concept has been leaked on to the Internet a week before the subcompact is set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show.
The rendering, which we’re not convinced is an official Mazda sketch (look at the wonky wheels; wheels don’t work that way), reveals what the next-generation Mazda2 could look like. Judging by this sketch (minus the flat-bottomed wheels), the Mazda2 could look pretty good. It adopts the attractive design language we’ve already seen on the 2014 Mazda3 and Mazda6.
Mazda released an official teaser image of the Hazumi concept earlier this week that revealed some swoopy lines and a headlight, but we’re still excited to see the concept in person at its official debut next week.
Driving will have full coverage from the Geneva Motor Show. Stay tuned.
