Ford mas made some changes to its 2015 Fusion — the popular mid-sized sedan gets more standard features, but loses the options for a manual transmission and a 1.6-litre EcoBoost engine.
Some new features offered for the 2015 model year include a new Terracotta colour package, a six-way power adjustable passenger seat as standard on the SE trim (10-way passenger seat will also become standard on Titanium trim), the availability of all-wheel drive on the 2.0L EcoBoost and SE package, a standard reverse camera, some new exterior colour options, and new 16-inch, 10-spoke alloy wheels as standard instead of steel wheels.
A 1.5L EcoBoost will be replacing the 1.6L unit. A 2.5L engine, hybrid and a plug-in hybrid Fusion will still be available.
Prices are reported to rise marginally from this year’s MSRPs.
