Since the LaFerrari isn’t exclusive enough, the Italian automaker is working on two variants expected to join the lineup as early as next year.
Much like it’s predecessor, the Enzo, Ferrari is working on a high-performance, track-only FXX version of its hybrid hypercar, which will essentially be the automaker’s answer to the McLaren P1 GTR. According to Car Magazine, we can expect a power bump to 1,050 horsepower thanks to some clever tuning to its V12 engine and electric powertrain, as well as even more blistering performance.
In addition to the FXX, Ferrari is reportedly planning a convertible version of the LaFerrari. With 50 units in the cards, the LaFerrari Spider will be slightly more commonplace than the FXX. On the flip side, it will likely cost twice as much as the fixed-roof LaFerrari, putting it around the $2-million mark.
